• What is credit brokerage?

Through a direct channel with various financial institutions, we search for and negotiate the best credit solution to bring your dream to life. Several factors come into play: interest rates, terms, loan amounts, duration, insurance, and associated services.

We are tied credit intermediaries authorized by the Bank of Portugal, registration no. 4590.

We provide the following mortgage credit intermediation services:

• Presentation or proposal of credit agreements
• Assistance to consumers through preparatory acts or other pre-contractual management work related to credit agreements
• Execution of credit agreements with consumers on behalf of lenders (creditors)

Credit intermediation activities are subject to supervision by the Bank of Portugal.

Any complaints regarding this activity may be submitted via email to info@kosmik.pt, in person at Av. Amália Rodrigues, Lj.2-B R/C, Odivelas, or by registered mail to the same address, describing and substantiating the complaint. Alternatively, you may choose to submit the complaint to the following alternative dispute resolution centers of which Kosmikimo is a member: a) Electronic Complaints Book available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt, b) Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center. Complaints may also be submitted directly to the Bank of Portugal via the website www.bportugal.com.
